Position:- Back Office Executive (Male / Female)

Experience:- 2 years from manufacturing industry

Qualification :- BE Electronics

 

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to understand their electronics related issues.

• Serve as a liaison between Suppliers/Vendors to ensure timely delivery of components.

• Float enquiries & get quotations from suppliers in an efficient manner.

• Maintain accurate records of site issues.

• Provide technical expertise & guidance on electronics related inquiries.

• Collaboration with the production team to relay customer feedback.

• Assist in maintaining inventory records and order processing as needed.

• Prepare reports on customer's interactions and feedback for management review.
