Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs
Location : Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities - Posting of all accounting entries in SAP as per the Job Description:- Well versed with SAP
throughout creation till posting of entries, knows how to extract the trail of documents posted in the
system and how to knock-off entries.
- Monthly Reporting : Support and prepare the report and go through the control process before
submitting the report to management.
- KMI Reporting : Support on creation of Stravis, BT pkg, J-sox, CEO report and other management
reports as per prescribed fomats.
- Accounting of Accounts payable :- Having experience of vendor management, able control
payments within credit cycle, aware of vendor turnover days and helps in providing ideas for
improving vendor turnover days
- CMS payments and other bank request like- FDR, BG etc.:- Experience of making Corporate
payments using E- payment, digital modules etc. as per respective banks.
- Salary : Having experience and knowledge of salary processing, TDS and payment process.
- Bank Reconciliation :- Proficient in doing bank reconciliation on weekly basis, manage stale
cheques, control cash flows as per monthly cashflow budget
- Import/Export :- Having experience & Knowledge of EDPMS, IDPMS, Banking Trade import and
export working knowledge.
- Statutory /Internal Audit : Support and participation on various audits conducted.
- Compliance knowledge:- Thoroughly updated with recent notifications and laws related to statutory
compliances, very well versed with GST reconciliation and GST input concept. TDS and other
compliance knowledge and working experience.
- Fixed Assets:- Having knowledge of creation of FA, depreciation schedules and how to discard FA
along with its effects as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act
- IND AS/IFRS Knowledge:- Well versed with IND AS or IFRS and knows the disclosures in Financial
