Job Description: Direct Realtors Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, maximizing sales revenue, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive business growth and achieve revenue target by including identifying new market opportunities and clients, through regular field visits and calling. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice and support throughout the sales process. • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. • Drive lead generation activities through various channels, including networking, referrals, field visits and online platforms, to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities. • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements, facilitate the closing process, and ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved. • Contribute to business development initiatives by participating in marketing campaigns, networking events, and other promotional activities to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, lead qualification, and closing deals Experience in managing a sales team and setting and achieving sales goals • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and delivering results, with a minimum of two years of experience in a sales role. • High energy, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders. • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and sales tracking.
