Job Overview

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated individual with a background in chemical engineering and MBA with sales experience. The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in sales, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role involves project sales, old and new customer development & management, building and expanding channel/distribution networks, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• MBA in Sales or Marketing
• 4-10 years of project sales experience in the water and environment engineering industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in customer management and building distribution networks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and new clientele.
• Develop and execute new sales strategies; Drive strategic and tactical sales initiatives to expand market share
• Manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments
