Key Responsibilities:
Website Optimization:
Enhance website traffic through SEO, SEM and digital marketing, and optimize user experience through A/B testing. A strong fundamental understanding of performance marketing is a must.
Sales Growth:
Develop and execute strategies for achieving sales and revenue targets, implementing promotions and analyzing customer behavior.
Merchandising and Product Management:
Collaborate on accurate product listings, optimize pages for conversions, and implement effective merchandising strategies.
Customer Experience:
Oversee customer service processes, analyze feedback, and implement strategies for loyalty and repeat business.
Ecommerce Analytics:
Regularly analyze website analytics, generate performance reports, and use data to drive decision-making.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure website compliance with regulations and standards, and implement security measures for customer data protection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in ecommerce management or a related role.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, SEO, performance and digital marketing.
Salary Package: 40k to 60k per month.
