Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR specialist at Duckman Studio. You will play a critical role in providing specialized support and expertise in a specific area of human resources, such as recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, or HRIS management. This position ensures the efficient operation of HR processes and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

  - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  - Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines.

2. Benefits Administration (or relevant specialization):

  - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

  - Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.

  - Monitor benefits costs and recommend cost-effective options to management.

3. Employee Relations (or relevant specialization):

  - Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflicts in the specialized area.

  - Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts, adhering to company policies and applicable laws.

4. HRIS Management (or relevant specialization):

  - Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) or databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  - Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and compliance.

5. Compliance and Policy Enforcement (or relevant specialization):

  - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the specialized area.

  - Monitor and enforce policies related to the specific HR function.

6. Training and Development (or relevant specialization):

  - Identify training needs within the specialized area and coordinate relevant employee training programs.

  - Promote continuous learning and development in the specialized field.

7. Documentation and Records Management:

  - Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and documentation related to the specialized area.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).

- 2-5 years of HR experience (preferably with a focus on the IT/ITES sector).

- In-depth knowledge of the specialized HR function, including relevant laws and best practices.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
