Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products services and company policies
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer and Internet knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
