Job description
Lead the delivery team: Lead a team of junior to mid-level professionals with a strong focus on client
delivery. Provide actionable coaching to juniors and support team members in ensuring high-quality
delivery and customer experience while effectively managing team level TAT.
Client Engagement: You will work directly with our end clients and our Business Development team in
building strategic relationships with key stakeholders on our client side.
Understand implicit and explicit needs of clients and propose the best solutions.
Cross Sell new services of IA and innovatively present newer and higher value-added solutions to clients.
Build new referral partnerships with Experts and clients.
