Overview/Purpose:

The People Director, India will oversee a newly combined People team co-located in our 4 market offices (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi). They will partner with the India Managing Director and Senior Leadership for the market.

They will work within our matrixed structure to lead all India People activities in partnership with global COEs and global business partners while also providing leadership to roles and activities that span across the market as we continue to evolve our People Team's ways of working.

The role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with the people strategy and act as a change agent and champion for the transformation of both the India People team and the continued evolution of our new global and regional ways of working across our business. This person will have frontline access to leaders to guide, partner and support them with a scope of work that includes but is not limited to employee relations, talent strategy, performance management, career pathing, internal mobility, change management, Diversity & Inclusion, People Operations and Compensation & Benefits.

Given the nature of this work, the position will initially report to a member of the People Leadership Team. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with all levels of the organization, manage team members in multiple locations, and be culturally sensitive.

The role will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai and will be required to travel regularly across our India offices.
