Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to join our team. The DevOps Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of DevOps practices, processes, and tools within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps methodologies, automation, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing DevOps strategies to streamline software development, testing, and deployment processes.
Leading a team of DevOps engineers and collaborating with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to drive DevOps adoption.
Automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Monitoring system performance and reliability, implementing proactive measures to ensure high availability and scalability.
Implementing security best practices and compliance standards in DevOps processes and infrastructure.
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of experience in software development, operations, or infrastructure roles, with a focus on DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies mentioned above.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent.'
