Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. CASA Acquisition:

   • Demonstrate a strong background and experience in acquiring Current Account Savings Account (CASA)
   • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and onboard new customers for CASA products

2. Field Work:

   • Be prepared to engage in fieldwork visiting potential clients and maintaining a visible presence in the market.
   • Conduct facetoface meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.

3. Lead Generation:

   • Utilize openmarket approaches to generate leads for CASA Current Account Savings Account.
   • Implement innovative methods to identify and reach out to potential customers ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.

4. Relationship Building:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
   • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions based on the individual needs and goals of the customers.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

   • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
   • Handle and oversee the documentation process related to customer accounts and loans.

6. Market Intelligence:

   • Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
   • Use market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance product offerings.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer acquisition and satisfaction.

8. Reporting:

   • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators including lead generation conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
   • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

9. Education Requirement:

   • Graduation is mandatory for this role.
