Hiring - Lead Financial Reporting
To lead the financial reporting team to ensure timely and quality reporting for all stake holders and to lead the finance re-engineering role for smooth and efficient financial operations To be responsible for monitoring statutory audits and limited reviews Responsibilities To ensure correct and timely financial reporting to the Group and statutory authorities To Co-ordinate with statutory auditors and have the timely completion of the limited reviews/ statutory audits To liase with various departments and perform variance analysis for all financial statements line items To design accounting policies and prepare annual capital and operational budgets for the finance function. To ensure compliance with group and IND AS requirements To perform analysis on all financial reports, identify trends and develop improvement plans. To prepare of SoPs and Policies related to Financial Accounting & Reporting To implement automation for the financial reports To monitor solvency and segmental fund management Location- Mumbai Qualifications- Chartered Accountant Experience- 10 - 12 Years Mail your cv at [email protected]Job tags
