Sales Development Representative

Job description
We're looking for resilient, motivated, and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our remote team. Included: training program, Amazon Advertising certification, mentorship, benefits, and modern, metric-driven career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion
Requirements - You will have at least 2 years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers
- You're OK working from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (night shift)
- Fluent in English
- Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back
- Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized
- You're coachable, open to feedback and mentorship
