Job description
We are looking for good and interested candidates with:
Expertise & knowledge in Retirement areas on DB & DC retirement products, retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL etc), retirements planning, transaction processing like Participant Onboarding, Contribution / Record Keeping / Payroll Servicing / Complex Events / Roll over / Exchanges / Compliance Testing etc
Knowledge in Health and Benefits (H&B) will be a value add. Experience in US Retirement Services, Compliance, Regulations, Trust Services
2 - 14 years of IT industry experience working in large transformation projects preferably in the Retirements Services area
Expertise in Investment Management, Fund Accounting, Investment Performance, Asset class exposure equities, bonds, mutual funds, stable value funds, target date funds
Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder Categories, Non-functional requirements, Gap Analysis, Glossary, Context Diagram, Data Model, Data Dictionary, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Mind Maps, Process Maps, requirements traceability and Use Cases
Exposure to working in AGILE environment (SAFe Agile)
Relevant technical abilities including JIRA, Kanban, Confluence, and SQL
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Accountable for a created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product. Primary skills:Financial Services Domain-> Capital Markets-> US Retirement Services Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
