Job Overview
Ironhill India, the World's Largest Microbrewery, is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Barista
- Proficiency in coffee and espresso preparation
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Skills in milk steaming and frothing
- Ability to create latte art
- Passion for the food industry and excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in barista training is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Ensure consistent quality in coffee preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions
- Recommend and upsell additional products, such as pastries or snacks
- Stay updated with current coffee trends and techniques
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training and mentoring new Baristas
