Job description
1. Complete the mass/material balance of the existing or proposed products.
2. Create utility calculations for proposed or existing products.
3. Calculate the energy balance Information for Current and Future Products
4. Create a block flow diagram for any proposed or existing products.
5. Using AutoCAD software, modify P&ID for currently available products
6. Utilizing AutoCAD software, prepare and draw P&ID for proposed or new products.
7. Create Data Sheets for Equipment Lists for Products, Current and Proposed
8. Create a batch cycle time data sheet for existing or proposed products. Create a data sheet for the calculation of effluent generation from existing or proposed products.
9. Create a thorough flowchart of the process for any proposed or existing products.
10. Determine the Vapor Load for Existing or Proposed Products on Condensers
11. Establishing Norms Report for Products, Current and Proposed. Perform line-sizing calculations for existing and proposed projects.
