This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank reconciliation specialist at Godavari Krishna Co-Operative Society Ltd. located in Vijayawada. The Bank reconciliation specialist will be responsible for daily bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, investigating and resolving any issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions, and providing regular reports to management.
Responsibilities:
- The primary purpose of this role is to provide treasury and banking support to the Finance team, which includes processing banking transactions, analysis of short-term cash needs, daily monitoring of multiple bank accounts and reconciliation of bank accounts
- To detect any errors in recording transactions. It also means the business has an up-to-date and accurate view of its exact bank balance on a specified date.

- Ensures the accuracy and validity of financial information. Also, a proper reconciliation process ensures that unauthorized changes have not occurred to transactions during processing.

Qualifications:
- 2+ yrs of Experience in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology, such as Excel and accounting software.
- Previous experience in a similar role in financial services or banking
- Experience with account reconciliation, including identifying errors and discrepancies
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent.
