Job description
Responsibilities: Drive adoption of our technology and ensure success of Dozee in both hospital and home setting Build and lead a team of account managers, operations executives and coordinate with remote team to ensure customer delight Ensure activity numbers are maintained in client’s locations and timely payment cycle is followed Conduct nurses’ training, doctors’ CMEs and other such relationship building activities with assistance from L&D team Kickstart operations in new parts of the zone Create and implement strategies to improve NPS, installation TAT, field query resolution TAT Build relationship with doctors, HoDs to drive business for the company
Requirements: 6+ years experience in Field operations, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team Prior experience in healthcare is a must Candidate should be comfortable traveling extensively across cities Travel extensively to hospitals to drive adoption Candidates from top tier colleges, or experience of working in intensive ground operations is preferred Prior experience of setting operations from the scratch is a plus Most importantly, should be obsessed about customer delight and have whatever-it-takes to make a customer happy attitude Additional good-to-have(s) Experience of working with startups About Dozee () Regarded as one of the fastest growing health start-ups in India and globally, Dozee is set to transform healthcare in India with the power of Connected Healthcare.
