Position Purpose:
The Specialist, Corporate Services drives corporate customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication, accurate maintenance of corporate client records and transactions, and timely and effective issue resolution. In this role, you will work with corporate customers who purchase Visibility products to ensure they receive the highest level of service. This position also leads the production and management of Sponsored Webinars, from planning, event execution, and performance tracking. This role serves as a front line of support for both attendees and presenters and offers assistance and guidance in a professional manner that ensures both are positioned for success. This position is a part of the Corporate Services team but works with multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring new and existing corporate clients have successful delivery of WorldatWork Visibility products.
- Assisting corporate clients with operational setup and processing orders.
- Responding to and resolving corporate client questions, requests, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve corporate client issues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Supporting the Manager, Corporate Services in developing and delivering tailored corporate client solutions that promote corporate client success.
- Developing expertise in all WorldatWork products and systems used by corporate clients and sharing this knowledge to advance corporate client operations and growth.
- Maintaining accurate records of corporate client interactions, transactions, product access, and updates to corporate client data in all back-end systems.
- Demonstrating a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward corporate clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients through proactive and effective communication.
- Facilitate webinars, including providing introductions, commentary, Q&A, and other related producer services.
- Detailed planning and flawless execution of webinars.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards attendees and presenters.
- Manage online library of recorded webinars and materials.
- Keep accurate records of attendee questions, comments, and concerns.
- Performs other duties as needed/assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience,
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in customer service or training
- Strong proficiency working with Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in windows-based applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong proficiency in Zoom
- Must work well across multiple teams: sales, product, technology, and customer support.
- Proficient in effective communication (verbal and written) with corporate clients from diverse global locations, using English as the primary language.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proactive and independent problem solver with strong time management skills
- Passion for serving and helping corporate clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal/presentation and interpersonal
- Experience working with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Azure Boards).
- Dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as within teams.
- Demonstrates strong team orientation via a positive outlook, disposition, and approach to their work.
