**Job Description: Finance Manager**

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated qualified accountant to join our global finance team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role within the finance team, engaging in both supportive and challenging capacities with business leads. The Finance Manager will be responsible for various financial activities, including month-end closure, accounting (IFRS), controls, contract lifetime reviews, pricing model reviews, analysis reconciliation, and report generation for senior management.

**Role Objective:**

The Finance Manager will contribute to the success of the organization by building strong relationships, providing accurate financial forecasting , and offering financial insights to support business growth. This role involves active communication with Sales and Operational leads, and the candidate should be confident, outgoing, and capable of fulfilling significant business partnering requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Academic: CA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA

- Experience: 6-8 years in analysis, accounting & management reporting role

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales and Operational leads, providing accurate forecasting and understanding the financial implications of business actions.

- Cost and Benefit Forecasting: Produce accurate forecasts of costs and benefits, ensuring revenue assurance and resolving associated queries.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting exercise, review performance against targets, and explain key variances.

- Financial Support: Support the business with necessary management and financial information for growth plans.

- Detailed Analysis: Analyze resource utilization, FTE mix, rate card, overheads, and other cost ledgers.

- Monthly Reporting: Produce accurate and timely monthly reports, manage month-end closure, reconciliations, and cash flow reconciliations.

- Ad-hoc Reporting: Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting as per deadlines/requirements.

- Pricing and Business Case Support: Provide pricing and business case support as needed.

- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining existing processes and design new reports and processes as necessary.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead calls with stakeholders, liaise with internal/external auditors during annual/half-yearly closures.

- Team Leadership: Lead and train team members on various tasks, overseeing their responsibilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Accuracy in interpretation and analysis of data

- Adherence to reporting deadlines

- Identify and implement process improvements

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications

**Desirable:**

- Experience working with service sector organizations

- Experience in SAP

- Knowledge and working experience of other tools
