JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a Director of Operations to be responsible for our Bangalore teams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruit, manage, evaluate, train the team/leads, and ensure overall performance.
• Ensure HR, Finance processes and overall compliance are properly implemented.
• Grow and develop a high-performance work culture and environment.
• Define and implement KPIs to measure and act on the team's performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with and manage third party providers.
• Work closely with company's management to ensure smooth operations and collaborations with client servicing, R&D, finance, and other teams.
• You will be reporting to the CEO/COO of the Company.
• At least 15+ years professional experience in Operations Excellence, with at least 5+ year's experience in managing a larger team (minimum 150+ Resources).
• Experience working in the data and information services sector in India.
• Fast thinker, very persistent and results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly; ability to build strong relationships and with internal stakeholders
• Experience of working to and achieving targets
• Self-motivated
• Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles.
• Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize topics within projects, and help team members to remove blocking elements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
