ERP System Administrator:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, preferably within an academic setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Project management skills to plan and implement changes effectively.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in the setup and usage of the ERP system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the university.
Plan and coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and software support, including necessary updates such as Jobscope upgrades, to maintain system reliability and functionality.
