Job description

Roles & Responsibility :

- Requirement for energetic and diligent Managers for Life Insurance Companies

- Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors

- Drive business targets through Advisors

- Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve the target

- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.

- Generate leads in the open market.

Interests of the Company :

- Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations

- Good Communication Skills.

- Good team-building skills

- Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes

- Training and motivation ability

Candidate Profile :

- Age 21-38 years

- CTC : 2.75 To 3.75LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit

- Any Graduate(10+2+3)

- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience With Good Stability

- Staying in the same city for more than 3 years With Good stability.
