Job Description

  • Consolidation and validation of Payroll inputs for Variable pay, Time and attendance Exits, Overtime, Incentives, Shift allowances etc.
  • Detailed understanding of Payroll processes from Hire to Exit.
  • Understanding the implications of each of the Pay heads with respect to Income Tax, provident fund, and ESI and adhering to the compliance of the statutory laws concerning the salaries.
  • Liaison with stake holder and handling payroll query
  • Variance analysis and reconciliation salary registers with inputs.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs and other payroll transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records for auditors.by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Preparation of payroll dashboards and MIS reports

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function Statutory laws and taxes.
  • Understanding of Pay structure.
  • Diligence & Detailing
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Proficient with payroll software.

Education and Experience:

  • Three to five years of related experience required.
