Job Opportunity: Sales Manager
Company: Rajganga Biorefineries Pvt ltd Rajganga Biorefineries is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the chemical industry, specializing in the production of Ethanol, Neutral Alcohol, Pharma grade ethanol, and Perfumery grade ethanol. As we continue to expand our market presence, We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Position: Sales Manager Location: Pune Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical industry, with a focus on Ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol, Pharma grade ethanol, and Perfumerfumery grade ethanol moreover, Knowledge and experience in related products to ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol, Pharma grade ethanol, perfumery grade ethanol, Acetic Acid - Glacial, Ethyl Acetate, Boric Acid, Citric Acid, IPA-Iso Propyle Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethanol, Formalin, Phosphoric Acid, Sulphamic Acid, Sulphuric Acid, Butyl Acetate Imported, Iso-Butanol (IBA), Methanol, Acetone, Toluene, Xylene (Mixed/Ortho), Crotonaldyhide it is mandatory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and establishing connections with potential customers. - Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets through effective marketing and sales strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Qualifications: - Preferably a science/chemistry graduate with excellent English communication skills – both speaking and writing. - BSc-chemistry/BBA major or MBA in Marketing and Sales with 2-5 years of experience - Candidates from other streams can also apply if they have past experience in this line or an interest in learning and developing in sales and marketing in the chemical industry related to our product line. Skills and Attributes: - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. - Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and markets.
