Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support professional to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation
