Position Summary Statement:

The Performance Measurement and Reporting (PMR) and Continuous Improvement (CI) Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhance PMR framework according GBS metrics standards. This position will maintain / enhance and develop current reporting solutions to GBS India and support GBS Centers and will be constantly seeking for Continuous Improvement by using data automation tools. He / She will work closely with the PMR Manager, CI Manager and reporting directly to GBS Service Management Manger in the region to identify and prioritize, enhancements in current deliverables that impact GBS Functions operations.

(50%) Performance Measurement and Reporting (PMR):

Main Responsabilities:

The Global Business Services (GBS) Performance Measurement & Reporting Analyst is a level role, with responsibility at our GBS India with dotted line reporting to PMR Guadalajara Global Business Service Center.

  • Support and constant review of PowerBi dashboards to ensure the right functionality and support internal clients requirements.
  • He / She will also ensure that data being delivered according to PMRs SLA to different GBS service delivery units, especially the ones in scope of the new GBS operating model in GBS India related to MO, HR and Finance.
  • Responsible for fulfillment of submitted reporting requests from GBS Centers
  • Collection of data from different systems and create reports through the reporting tool, to deliver them on time according to defined recipients.
  • Build a standard process to generate and maintain the reports.
  • Monitoring KPI´s according to SLA established as part of their role to escalate preemptively.

(50%) Continuous Improvement (CI):

Main Responsabilities:

In conjunction with Functional Partners and Service Management, utilize DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control), Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma improvement methodologies to conduct end-to-end operational GBS process reviews and drive improvements that result and leverage best practices

  • Support and drive continuous improvement culture through training, coordination, and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations with functional area partners based on a Global Strategy.
  • Oversee India-based GBS process review, solution new process designs, and provide assessments of operational impacts (financial, service, internal controls, quality, etc.)
  • Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operation, Transition, Training and Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Customer Value.
  • Lead through hands-on application of Lean tools to eliminate waste and execute high-impact process improvement projects in the region.
  • Work with functional partners to re-engineer GBS processes in the region globally and conduct the necessary supporting build out in BPM (Business Process Management software) or similar tools
  • Work closely with functional teams to obtain input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyze operational risks (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis - FMEA), extend support in managing client escalations (Root Cause Analysis), and work across traditional functional boundaries to mitigate risks & establish common goals to deliver value to the business
  • Develop and maintain overall implementation project plans, schedules, resource plans priorities and dependencies for business project efforts.
  • Provide reports to management and internal stakeholders to explain business project status, issues, risks and timeline, and any changes to original plans in the region.

Skills / Education / Experience:

  • Excellent command English language, both written and verbal is a prerequisite.
  • Strong focus in providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, innovative.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Excel Macro and Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Skills / Education / Experience:

  • Excellent and fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Flexibility to function under varied timelines and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders and create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, business units and decision makers
  • Robust process improvement, project management skills and technical acumen are critical in this role to manage the operational improvement efforts for improvements, projects, and lead teams focused on improvement efforts.
  • A highly developed sense of logic, focusing on internal controls, and a sense of financial impacts to make short and long-term recommendations based on the various business cases is also imperative to this role.
  • Leadership skills with focus on communication and coordinating virtual team on global scale as well as negotiation with multiple process stakeholders and policy makers are key to drive the team to the achievement of ambitious targets.

Experience:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement.
  • 2+ years of experience leading / managing projec
  • Must have hands-on experience in project management tools

Preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the creation of knowledge databases, process control frameworks and performance measument and reporting.
  • Experience of working in global and virtual team/consulting assignment would be a definite advantage

Education:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expert knowledge and proven experience in Six Sigma and Lean tools
  • Advanced Level English Knowledge

Preferred

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
