MIS Executive Management Information Systems

VDart is seeking an MIS Executive having experience in handling Management Information Systems. You will be responsible for planning coordinating and directing all computerrelated activities within our organization which will help to determine the companys information technology goals and are responsible for implementing computer systems to meet those goals. You are responsible for gathering and documenting systems that will ensure our business needs are understood and the solution is defined.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and collect data from various sources/stakeholders to create reports.
• Preparing MIS on a Daily / Weekly & Monthly Basis while maintaining daytoday MIS Data and updating the management.
• Interact and work closely with management internal stakeholders& clients to understand business information needs.
• Ensure periodic maintenance & collection of accurate data and convert them into meaningful reports.
• Be the SPOC for all ad hoc data/reports which is required to run the business.
• Develop analytical skills and understanding of statistical analysis to suggest improvement in the quality of analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MIS Executive.
• Candidate must have knowledge of MIS and Data Management.
• Any graduation in Computer Science / Applications / Engineering / Others OR Any Other Graduation (Arts/Science) with Additional Exposure.
• Good business communication skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills with proficiency in Formulas Charting Pivot tables and Dashboards.
• Good in formulas like VLOOKUP HLOOKUP PIVOT INDEX MATHAMATIC (SUM... COUNT... AVG..COUNT IF. CONDITIONAL FORMATTING...)
• Knowledge of Macros and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Adopt new tools and technology solutions and develop capability through training to improve own productivity.
