The RSA India pricing team supports Personal, Commercial and Specialty Lines Pricing projects across portfolios in UK&I (UK, Ireland, Europe) and North America. The project teams are well integrated with the business units and work on solving problems using advanced actuarial methods. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): · Developing pricing models to support and inform business decisions. · Contributing to the development of new pricing approaches and techniques · Assisting with the coaching and development of team members Who would be a right fit? while we believe there can be no rigid definition of a suitable candidate, we feel some skills and experiences can be indicative of the right fit: • Experience in General Insurance Actuarial work, with specific experience in pricing, GLM modelling • Strong technical and analytical background • Exposure to EMBLEM is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and Stakeholder management skills • 3 to 10 Years of experience in relevant field What we offer you?
