Job description
We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities, meet and business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and managing sales of products and services.
Requirements - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills : - 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections from potential clients
- Sales experience from Furniture or modular kitchen background will be a plus
- Ability to handle grievances & preserve the company's reputation
