You'll make an impact by:
- Returns coordinator (m/f/d), complaints against our suppliers.
- You are responsible for creating, processing and tracking complaints to our suppliers based on SAP quality reports.
- You create the required documents in SAP based on the information provided to you by the vehicle project.
- Your tasks include proactive communication with colleagues in the projects on site in order to improve the quality of complaints through additional information.
- You will be responsible for the consistent tracking of complaints, return orders and repair procedures ordered from our suppliers.
- You ensure rapid processing to ensure high parts availability and quick troubleshooting.
- You involve other interfaces such as project management, purchasing or quality departments when errors occur and actively support follow-up measures based on this to permanently eliminate errors.
You'll win us over by:
- The basis of your success is a completed commercial or technical training, preferably with additional qualification as a technical specialist.
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in processing complaints and returns, ideally in the rail vehicle sector.
- Ideally, you have experience in project work/execution.
- You have already gained in-depth knowledge of the use of Microsoft 365, Jira and SAP (MM, QM).
- You have a high level of IT affinity and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software systems such as QLIK, ConceptBoard or FloW.
- It is characterized by a careful and structured way of working in order to efficiently control complex processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders as well as very good knowledge of German and English round off your profile.
- A university degree.
- German language of C1/C2.
- Around 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, customer service.
- Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and/or educational background in logistics.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
- Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
