Hiring for Machine Shop Gears & Hub Manufacturing Industry
Position:- Production Manager 01 (M)
Qualification:– DME.BE-Mech,
Experience:- Min 10 years in Gears & Machine Shop Industries
Salary: Rs. 45,000/- to 55,000/-
Job Profile:
- Daily production planning and achieve target daily basis as per the scheduled plan.
- Manpower handling improves knowledge as per the skill matrix.
- Coordinate with the logistic team for the availability of material.
- Participation in Rejection analysis and continuous improvement.
- Productivity improvement and OEE achievement.
- Working knowledge of CNC, Grinding, Turning, Milling, VMC, CNC like AMS challenger, Makino (Fanuc & Siemens Control)
- Able to the setup of different kinds of tooling like a boring bar, indexable milling cutter, insert, fine boring bar.
- Prepare documentation in production department.
- Achieve production norms from each operation as well as production targets of the cell & follow Production plans. Achieving OEE >85% in Cell.
- Troubleshoot all processing problems, fixtures, tooling and machines like CNC Gear Hobbing, CNC Shaving, Thread Softening (Induction), CNC OD Grinding, Auto Straightening, CNC Turning Etc.
- Controlling Variable costs through Kaizens & Poka-yoke.
- To ensure measuring instruments used for production are calibrated. Also, ensure the use of safety types of equipment at work station.
- Analysis of Customer complaints, Q- gate rejection and PPM.
- Give training to all operators for multi-skill development through training sessions.
- Maintain shop-floor House-keeping through 5S, TPM, etc.
- Co-ordination with design and product development.
