The company is looking for dedicated and passionate HR Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience who are adept at onboarding, induction, recruitment, and exit formalities.

HR Executive & Recruitment: This is not a site/field or remote/WFH job. Location: Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad Shift timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (General Shift). Job description:

HR duties Key requirement: Assisting in the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Conducting onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and documentation. Managing induction programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees. Facilitating exit formalities and conducting exit interviews to gather feedback. Proficiently processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Assisting in policy kit preparation and updating HR policies as required. Leading employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Making effective decisions to support HR and organisational objectives Digital marketing duties (not mandatory but will be preferred) Coordinating with Marketing team for various projects like email campaigns, SEO and content writing. Creating and managing social media content to enhance the organisation's brand presence.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. ·

1 year of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry. ·

Strong understanding of recruitment stages, payroll tools, and compliance regulations. ·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ·

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. ·

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. ·

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. ·

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. ·

Prior experience in coordinating with Marketing Analysis is a plus.

The interview process:

While applying, the candidate will upload the CV and supporting documents and also answer all the questions truthfully and after careful thinking. An initial call with the HR department to understand the work experience and see if the employee-company fit is ideal. A discussion with the Hiring Manager to understand the technical skill set and experience in depth. This will be in parallel with a tool test in our office. On a case-to-case basis, the tool test can be arranged online for genuine reasons for being unable to come to the office. A final discussion with HR personnel and Management to finalise the job offer. Depending on seniority and other factors, this can be multiple rounds.
