Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Charisma Hyundai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales in the dealership, meeting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales associates.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of sales associates
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing effective sales strategies
Understanding of Hyundai cars and the automotive market in Chandigarh, India
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Relevant sales certifications and fluency in multiple languages are also beneficial.
