Job Title:
Senior Analyst – Accounts & Taxation Reporting: Manager-Accounts and Taxation Job Overview: Responsible for monthly Swedish reporting and handling of Statutory compliance relating to Transfer Pricing, Statutory accounts, Notes to Accounts and Internal Financial Control. This role requires to remain updated with external and internal requirements and adapt to the group financial reporting structure accordingly. Responsibilities: Month end and annual reporting as per IFRS for an entity. Reporting of Employee Benefits in accordance with IAS 19 on quarterly basis to Group Consolidation and examination of data of related parties for operational entities in India. Liasoning with Statutory Auditor and final preparation of Notes to Accounts Liasoning with Auditor for Transfer Price Audit & Assessment and statutory compliance related it. Support in statutory audits including consolidation of books of accounts as per IND AS. Support in GST, Income tax -audits & assessments Experience Required: 08-12 years of experience of similar position preferably from manufacturing industry. Hands on experience on ERP such as SAP, Oracle, BPCS, Infor M3 etc. Education: Graduate/ Master's degree in commerce, MBA (Finance), Qualified or Semi-qualified CA, CMA. Other Skills:Job tags
