Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage MES implementation, extension or upgrade projects
• Support Manufacturing on the efficient use of MES; provide technical input to help troubleshoot issues during MES usage and support end-users in MES navigation, EBR execution and general system utilization to ensure users become self-sufficient.
• Develop project estimates, plans and approaches to manage end-to end project execution
• Assist customer management in complex tasks such as system architecture and/or business process redesign
• Responsible for the initial analysis, solution design, on-site application and technical support of MES implementations
• Ensure system monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, development and change management
• Strong project management skills
• Coordination with the customer, as well as with business unit Head.
• Experience in technical design & delivery environment
• Strong skills in programming tools and Reporting Services
• Experience with MES software packages
• A genuine willingness to learn
