Role & responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities Single face for particular customer for all issues related to BU1 Achieving annual business acquisition target as per plan Customer strategy presentation GPI + Macma Competition mapping Inputs for business planning and Strat Plan Customer account management w.r.t. QCD Support project management Account receivable and account hygiene Ensuring profitable customer account, product portfolio Location Responsibilities Coordination of all customers inputs within team and providing single face to location (Pithampur/ Chennai) Presentation to BU for monthly review product-wise Coordination of BU customers visit to the locations Part number level planning as per planning cycle.
