- They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones
- They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads, and establish and build relationships with prospective clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Executive Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree 3 -5 years experience in sales industry in B2b industry or Saas based industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
HRMS software or HR Domain experience will be a value added
