Daily administration and support of INTO Salesforce system, including but not limited to: managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Designing and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce Flow.
Proactively identifying improvements and delivering their implementation.
Understanding stakeholder needs to gather requirements and drive transformation.
Developing and creating customized reports and dashboards.
Keeping users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
Providing technical support to application users.
Logging and tracking system problems through resolution.
Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration.
Providing enhancement support to system users and maintaining relationships.
Specifying and testing new developments, liaising with internal users.
Performing regular routine data checks and system maintenance activities.
Retaining broad knowledge of the groups activities and developments.
Staying current about new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
Bachelors Degree.
Proficiency in English language.
Good understanding of data structures and data modeling.
Experience or demonstrable knowledge of advanced automation, such as Salesforce Flow.
Thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, including roles/hierarchies and managing layout visibility for different user groups, including external users via community.
Proven ability to implement new processes, facilitate user adoption, provide training, and offer support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests.
Strong follow-up skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud/Community is desirable.
Familiarity with third-party tools like Conga and DocuSign is a plus.
Ideal if capable of reading and interpreting Apex.
Experience in training Salesforce users.
Familiarity with technologies that integrate with Salesforce.com.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Admissions teams.
