Job Summary: The LTIMindtree Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function plays a key role in driving risk management across the organization. In this role, you’ll be part of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, which plays a critical role in providing oversight over LTIMindtree’s third-party vendor and partner relationships. Key Role and Responsibilities: Perform remote Third-party risk assessment or work with the audit partners to perform the vendor assessments across areas including, but not limited to Infosec / Data Privacy / BCP / Contractual & Regulatory compliance Report / review the Third-party risk assessment findings, risk level and associated recommendations Drive risk treatment - primarily closure of vendor audit findings Follow up on corrective action plans and review evidence for closure Update and maintain the Audit Calendar and Audit Risk logs regularly Interact regularly with Finance/Procurement, Data Privacy, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Security as well as business unit managers, to ensure applicable risks are properly managed Use specialized databases to review compliance / reputation / adverse media related risks of critical vendors Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Should have good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with multiple stakeholders. Ability to analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcome of decisions Should be able to create presentations and have discussions with leadership across delivery and enabling functions. Preferable to have some exposure to TPRM / Vendor Management / Audits Qualifications such as CISA/ CISM/ CIPP or other security/ privacy certifications would be an added advantageJob tags
