Required - Sales Executive ( In-House Sales )

Must have Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in a retail environment, preferably in textiles or premium fabrics.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in selecting premium fabrics that meet their preferences and needs.
2. Provide expert advice on fabric characteristics, colors, and patterns.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the product range to effectively communicate features and benefits.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
6. Keep the showroom well-organized and visually appealing.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in a retail environment, preferably in textiles or premium fabrics.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
4. Knowledge of different types of fabrics, their uses, and care instructions.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
7. Goal-oriented and able to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in in-house sales, preferably in a premium fabric or textile setting.
• High school diploma; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
