Role Description
This is a role for an EV Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on industrial EV preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. The role requires on-site presence at UptoSkill's location in Ghaziabad
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of EV system, EV components, EV maintenance, EV integration, and EV safety
- Experience in EV training/education and developing EV training material
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training content to diverse audience
- Experience in workshop management, training evaluation, and feedback collection
- Familiarity with EV market trends, emerging technologies, and new development
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
