Responsibilities:

• Security Operations Oversight:Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Team Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of security personnel
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism
• Security Assessments:Conduct security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address specific security concerns
• Incident Management:Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and breaches
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Security Technology:Oversee the operation and maintenance of security technology, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarms
• Stay updated on advancements in security technology and recommend upgrades as needed
• Training and Drills:Conduct regular security training sessions for staff
• Organize and participate in emergency drills to ensure preparedness
• Policy Development:Contribute to the development and updating of security policies and procedures
• Ensure staff awareness and adherence to security protocols
• Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, investigations, and overall security performance
• Provide recommendations for improvements based on incident analysis
