JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect with expertise in Java technology to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Java development, system architecture, and a proven track record of leading successful software projects. *Responsibilities: 1. *Architectural Design:* - Lead the architectural design and implementation of Java-based software solutions. - Design and review high-level architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. 2. *Technology Leadership:* - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Java ecosystem. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering best practices and innovation. 3. *Collaboration:* - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. - Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. 4. *Code Review:* - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 5. *Performance Optimization:* - Identify and implement performance optimization strategies for Java applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability of software solutions. 6. *Documentation:* - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and deployment procedures. *Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Java technology. - In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide a development team. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and practices. *Additional Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skillsJob tags
