Job Description / Responsibilities

Candidate should be capable of executing the following work:

[A] Accounting
Maintaining of books of accounts and other allied documentation for clients who have outsourced such work to us
This would include (but not limited to) ensuring:
ï'§ Accounting entries being updated in Accounting Software (Tally Prime etc.) in a timely manner
ï'§ Proper maintenance in a systematic manner of the accounting records, bills, documents, agreements, vouchers, bank statements, etc
ï'§ Monthly preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and follow-up with the bank in connection therewith.
ï'§ Updation of position of Debtors/Creditors.
ï'§ Preparing & Filing of Periodic statutory returns with respect to TDS ,GST ,P Tax etc.
ï'§ Timely & proper maintenance of statutory records and documents & timely preparing & filing of the returns with the appropriate authorities
ï'§ Timely preparation of MIS statements.
ï'§ Timely finalization of Annual Accounts and getting the same Audited
ï'§ Collaboration with other professionals in the office to provide clients with comprehensive services.
ï'§ Assistance in conducting statutory audits, tax audits etc
ï'§ Communication with clients

[B] Taxation / Returns
ï'§ Preparation & filing of periodic/annual Income-Tax / GST Returns for Individuals and Non-Individuals
ï'§ Preparation & filing of Co-Law Returns

[C] Audit
ï'§ Assistance in conducting Statutory Audits, Tax-Audits, Internal Audits etc
Desired Profile of the Candidate

Qualification
ï'§ CA (Semi-qualified) / M.Com / CMA
ï'§ Schooling from English-medium school with good communication skills preferred.

Experience
ï'§ Minimum experience 4 years
ï'§ Prior experience in a CA Firm would be an advantage & preferred.
ï'§ Areas of Experience:
- Accounting Packages (Tally),
- Good working knowledge & skills in:
 Audit,
 Accounting-Standards,
 Preparation & filing of various Income-Tax Returns, GST Returns, Co-Law returns etc
 Computer Skills (good skills in Excel, Word, Windows etc)
 Communication and interpersonal skills such as writing emails (in proper English) , talking to clients over phone (in English/vernacular).
- Candidate is expected to be attentive to detail and accuracy.
