Job Title: HR Operations Intern

Location: Pune

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Operations Intern to join our HR Operation / Customer success team and assist in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.

Job Description:

As an HR Operations Intern at Runtime HRMS, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer success efforts. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure that our clients receive the maximum value from our HRMS software. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR software industry and build Human resource development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto Runtime HRMS platform. Provide guidance and training to clients on how to use the software effectively.

Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance promptly and professionally.

Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues by coordinating with our technical support team.

User Training and Education: Develop training materials and resources for clients.

Conduct training sessions, webinars, or workshops to educate clients on software features and best practices.

Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts by monitoring usage and engagement.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional software features or services.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and suggestions for software improvements.

Report client insights to the product development team to enhance the software's functionality.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered. Provide updates on software enhancements and new features.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong interest in software, technology, and customer success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.
