Job description

We have an urgent opening for an   position of Sales Executive for a reputed Company at  Navi Mumbai (Vashi)Location .

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive in Financial & Trading Insurance is a key member of the sales team
responsible for generating revenue and driving growth in the financial and trading
insurance sector. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,
building strong relationships with clients, and promoting insurance products and services
tailored to meet the specific needs of financial and trading organizations. The Sales
Executive will collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and risk assessors, to
provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients in the financial and trading industries.


Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify potential clients in the financial and trading sector,
including banks, investment firms, trading companies, hedge funds, and other
relevant businesses. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including
cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Understand clients'
insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions to address their risk
exposures effectively.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consult with clients to
understand their financial and trading operations, risk management strategies, and
insurance requirements. Offer tailored insurance solutions that align with their
specific needs.
• Insurance Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of
insurance products and services to clients. Provide clear explanations of coverage
options, policy terms, and conditions.
• Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive insurance
quotes and proposals based on clients' risk profiles and requirements. Present
proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiation with clients to reach mutually
beneficial terms for insurance contracts. Secure signed agreements and policies to
finalize sales.

• Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments in the financial and trading insurance sector. Utilize market insights to
enhance sales strategies and stay competitive.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and client
information in the CRM system. Provide regular sales performance updates to
management.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant
industry regulations and guidelines while conducting sales activities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with underwriters, risk assessors, and other internal
teams to develop comprehensive insurance solutions for clients.


Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or
trading industry.
• In-depth understanding of financial and trading operations, risk management, and
insurance concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and
maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client risk exposures and recommend appropriate
insurance solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
