Job Description
Compensation & Benefits:
- Lead the rewards COE to ensure alignment with global directives and philosophy.
- Develop benefits, perks, and allowances based on internal bands and grades, regularly reviewing to maintain attractiveness.
- Communicate increments and bonuses clearly and punctually.
- Administer key reward processes like annual compensation review, variable pay, and grievance handling using standardized frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reward processes.
- Offer expert guidance on policy interpretation and implementation to all stakeholders.
- Design and implement sales incentives, communicating initiatives effectively.
- Align employee benefits practices like insurance with industry standards and facilitate policy adoption.
HR Budget:
- Manage HR budgets (AOP), including manpower planning, ensuring control through ongoing budget tracking.
- Establish governance and effective control mechanisms across HR lifecycle processes and policies.
HR Management:
- Supervise the existing HRMS system, suggesting enhancements as per business needs.
- Lead the Workday implementation project in India.
- Manage next-generation employee engagement applications and devise adoption and engagement mechanisms.
Data Management & HR Analytics:
- Manage employee master data, create process mechanisms for stakeholder awareness, and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze people data to produce HR-focused analytics dashboards and meaningful insights.
- Conduct productivity and compensation analyses.
Role-Specific Competencies:
- Extensive experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle) and modern HRMS solutions.
- Hands-on work in HR analytics, metrics, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI/QlikSense is advantageous.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits focusing on India as a geography is a MUST
- Experience in Budgeting, Manpower Planning, Compensation Benchmarking is a MUST
- Experience working in the Manufacturing sector is a MUST
- Prior experience working on HRMS tools, Analytics, Dashboarding will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be in Bangalore or open to relocate to Bangalore
