Senior Business Coordinator

The Senior Business Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating the company's business strategy, from planning to execution. This position carries the responsibility of instilling a culture of operational excellence, fostering accountability, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. This role encompasses actively participating in budget allocations, workforce planning, and external contracts. Internal communication and reporting fall under their purview, supporting leadership in monitoring game team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in data gathering for operations planning. Responsible for making minor adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness. Proactively identify potential issues and bring potential solutions to managers.
• Work on Budget Tracking and reporting under the direction of manager and sometimes works directly with team members on budget revisions.
• Provide reliable support for workforce planning with moderate supervision, following established processes.
• Responsible for the creation and editing of comms materials for the supported business (wiki pages, newsletters, presentations) under guidance of manager.
• Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists with financial tasks, including [forecasting, expense reports, budgeting, etc.].
• Working closely with HR and game teams on Headcount planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Working with external stakeholders on collecting and reporting Revenue data across the Studio teams.
• Working with game teams to manage Employee activity budgets across the Studio.
• Provide tactical support for all ops projects. Work independently on small ops or less complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4-6 years’ experience in a resource/finance management capacity
• Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in technology and general office equipment
• Certification of a project management professional credential is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
