Opportunity for C1 – PTP Global Process Owner – Pune
· SR Role : Global Process Owner - Requisition to Pay & Travel & Expenses
· SR Location : Pune
· SR Band : C1 (Lateral)
Key responsibilities
· Maintain NPS or Customer Satisfaction to > 6.5 in Wipro Yearly ASCAT
· Customer delight - 100% times meeting SLAs and exceed target SLAs
· Drive Transformation & Continuous Improvement and implement industry best practices.
· Working on reporting tools such as Celonis, Power BI, Tableau and similar other tools, extracting and data massaging
· Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
· Collect and analyse Requisition Pay data/statistics/(costs, customer service metrics etc.) based on data from reporting tools
· Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
· Evaluate performance with key Req to Pay metrics and improve performance.
· Prepare reports for client and Wipro leadership.
· 100% succession Planning for critical roles
· Driving the Global Accounts Payable enterprise strategy, which will partner with the Finance Transformation Office, Payments Teams, local controllers, and IT teams to implement a new global Accounts Payable operating model and to partner closely with the Service Delivery teams, Business Stakeholders, Sourcing and IT to drive the Global P2P technology roadmap
· Ensure optimal use and adaptation of ERP/enabling technologies, owning the AP Technology Roadmap leading Continuous Improvement
· Working closely with Master Data Management teams to ensure key data elements are structured, standardized, and consistent across our brand portfolio (suppliers, customers, partners, vendors, etc.)
· Design people, process, and technology standards for end-to-end R2P process at Enterprise level
· Partner closely with Procurement and Accounting Teams to implement standards around process and policy, such as PO usage, supplier rationalization, and payment terms
· Collaborating with IT, CFOs, Controllers, GBS, and Finance Transformation Office on system implementations and enhancement initiatives
· Partnering with Business unit leaders and Procure to Pay teams to drive ongoing business process improvements, central payments, etc.
· Providing SME knowledge for Procure to Pay process, including current ways of working across brands, business process management, systems, and objectives
· Reviewing end-to-end process performance and providing ongoing governance for process adoption and business demand

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
· Commerce Graduate or higher with end-to-end knowledge on Requisition to Pay process and experience in managing Requisition to Pay Operations for at least 12-15 years
· Proven ability in driving Transformation & Continuous Improvement and implement industry best practices
· Leadership abilities and People management skills
· Strong Project Management skills
· Strong in Client relationship with a need to converse with global client.
· Have got experience in working on reporting tools such as Celonis, Power BI, Tableau, and similar other tools.
· Knowledge of performance evaluation and req. to Pay metrics.
· Proficient in MS Office and call centre equipment/software programs
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
· Understanding of best practice P2P processes, particularly those associated with the Technology and Software Development industry Significant experience managing P2P processes or other core finance, accounting, or strategic planning processes, within a complex, high-volume environment.
